Mr. Saxon focuses on counseling individuals and small businesses on matters such as contract disputes and the defense and prosecution of tort claims involving serious bodily injury. He works with clients to discuss the best strategy for pursuing their goals and, when a lawsuit occurs, to resolve disputes in the most economical and effective way possible.Mr. Saxon has served as a deputy city attorney and is experienced in dealing with governmental and administrative agencies on a Federal and State level. Having worked as an associate attorney and eventual partner in his previous firm, Mr. Saxon brings a breadth of experience in his handling of both civil and criminal matters.
Mr. Saxon currently represents clients in matters including personal injury and tort litigation, felony and misdemeanor criminal defense, and family law and domestic relations issues. He is an active member of both the Florida and Georgia bar associations, and has litigated matters in the United States District Courts along with all levels of the state courts.
